Born and raised in Maryland within a family of attorneys, judges, and legal professionals, I presumed criminal law would be my calling as well. However, during my senior year of college while studying for the LSATs and envisioning my future, I realized that what truly drew me towards becoming an attorney was not my passion for law, but rather my passion for cultivating meaningful relationships, hearing people’s stories, and serving as an advocate on their journeys towards self-actualization.

Since transitioning from a legal perspective to a mental health focus, I have worked with adults and adolescents, across various settings, addressing a diverse range of mental health challenges including: identity issues, OCD, problematic sexual behaviors, relational concerns, trauma, depression, anxiety, competition-related stress, eating disorders, body image concerns, mood disorders, addiction, and grief.
