Free Consultation

I offer a free 30 minute consultation where we can discuss what's bringing you to therapy, my therapeutic approach and any questions or concerns you may have about the process.

Availability

In addition to weekdays, I offer weekend and evening availability to suit your schedule.

Individual and Couples Sessions

I provide 30 minute, 55 minute, and 85 minute sessions based on your preference.

Flexibility

I offer In-person and Telehealth therapy sessions to provide individuals maximum flexibility, comfort and convenience.

Therapeutic Methods

I tailor each session to suit each individual’s unique needs while utilizing a combination of existential techniques, mindfulness practices, and experiential exercises. I operate from a humanistic lens in which I hold a core belief that each person harbors the inherent freedom, responsibility and potential to become the exact version of themselves that they want to be.

Existential Therapy

A philosophical approach that explores the fundamental aspects of human existence by addressing themes of freedom, responsibility, choice and meaning in order to gain greater self-awareness, live authentically and discover one's sense of purpose and balance in the world.

ACT

ACT stands for Acceptance and Commitment Therapy: A mindfulness-based approach that promotes psychological flexibility and well-being through acceptance, compassion and commitment to living in alignment with one's values.

Experiential Therapy

A hands on and interactive approach that goes beyond talk-therapy to promote self-expression and insight.
